1. Can t shirt printer use at the same time solvent ink, pigment ink and dye ink ?

A: In practice, no any printer can use different type ink as well, for example solvent ink, pigment ink and dye ink even though it is possible in theory, because at present all kinds of t-shirt printers over world are based on Thermal bubble printers or Piezo electric printers, in theory, Piezo electric printers, can use solvent ink, pigment ink or dye ink separately, but it needs more than one day to completely clear the ink pipe, and the mix-Inks-using is quite easily damage the printing head, which cost more than 600USD! The Thermal bubble printers can use pigment ink and dye ink, Because their cartridges is separate from printing head, and the printing head cost is only 25USD, so it’s easy to change the ink between the pigment and dye inks, but not for solvent ink ! Actually the solvent ink had been prohibited as it is harmful to human body and environment.

2. Do your printers have the possibility to use white ink (for example, white textile pigment ink or white solvent ink) in order to have a base to print on dark colored t-shirts?

A: Nearly all digital printers cannot really use white ink to print dark t-shirts. They can print on light color T-shirts, such as white, light blue, light yellow, light red and so on. We have used the most advantaged White Ink brand “Du Pont”, but the effect is not good. After printing ten times, it still can’t cover dark background well , because the white ink is not thicker enough, while, if make it thicker, it can’t be sprayed out from the printing head.
The only option would be to use screen printing or heat transfer technique, but heat transfer is difficult to make permanently washable, and air permeability is very bad!

3. Is it easy and quick to change type of ink on the same printer, and is it necessary to maintain the printer head?

A: It is very easy to change ink cartridge, and after long time leaving, we only need to clean the head with paper handkerchief. It is quite easy.

4. How long the printing image will stay on t-shirts?

A: We can get the international standard 4-4.5 degree color fastness, under the normal washing condition, should be at least one year.

5. With the textile printers can I print on all kinds of textiles (cotton, polyester, silk etc.)?

A: Cotton, polyester and silk printing needs different ink, cotton and silk can be printing by changing different cartridges which filled with different ink, but for polyester printing, it is special, needing to use another kind of printer, if you pay deposit, we can special manufacture for you.

For six pieces- t shirt printer and twelve pieces-t-shirt printer, it includes six different color cartridges.

11. What about the ink for the printer, can I buy in the market?
